Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation applies from the next billing date. You will continue to have access to your current paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel or downgrade a subscription, the change will apply from the next billing date. You will continue to have access to your current paid plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused days in the current billing period.

Exceptions may be reviewed only for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized charges, or payment issues required by applicable law or applicable payment provider policies.

Payments and refunds may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Some payment, tax, receipt, invoice, and refund processing steps may be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, policies, and procedures. This does not change ASECOND's subscription policy that ordinary cancellations or downgrades take effect from the next billing date and do not receive prorated refunds for the current billing period.

3. Abuse

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, policy violation, or excessive repeated refund requests.
