Billing & Subscription Help

1. Taxes (VAT / Sales Tax)

Payments, taxes, VAT, receipts, invoices, and supported payment methods may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your location. Some payment-related matters may be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, policies, and procedures.

2. Receipts & Invoices

Receipts, invoices, and tax-related handling may be processed through a third-party payment provider. If you need a receipt, invoice, or help with a payment-related issue, email support@asecond.app with your purchase email and any relevant details.

3. Cancel subscription

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your current paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits for the remaining days of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date.

4. Plan downgrade

If you downgrade your plan, the change applies from the next billing date. You can continue using your current paid plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits for downgrades during the current billing period.

5. Plan access

After purchase, your plan access is activated based on your subscription status. While your subscription is active for the current billing period, you retain access to your current paid plan. If access does not update after a change, sign out/in or contact support@asecond.app.

6. Refund help

Ordinary cancellations or downgrades are not eligible for refunds or prorated credits for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details. Exceptions may be reviewed for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized charges, or payment issues required by applicable law or applicable payment provider policies.
