You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Applicable taxes (VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your location.
Billing, taxes, and receipts are processed by our Merchant of Record (payment provider). For billing help, see Billing.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
All rights, title, and interest in the service belong to ASECOND and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that searches will always return desired results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASECOND is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
