Billing & Subscription Help

1. Taxes (VAT / Sales Tax)

Prices shown on the Pricing page exclude applicable taxes. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location.

2. Receipts & Invoices

Receipts and tax handling are issued and managed by our Merchant of Record (payment provider). If you need billing support, email us with your purchase email.

3. Cancel subscription

You can cancel anytime from the checkout provider’s subscription portal. If you cannot find it, email us and we will guide you.

4. Plan access

After purchase, your plan access is activated based on your subscription status. If access does not update, sign out/in or contact support.
